Highway Infrastructure gains on entering into contract agreement with NHAI

Highway Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 85.68, up by 0.82 points or 0.97% from its previous closing of Rs. 84.86 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 84.97 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 85.68 and Rs. 84.60 respectively. So far 470 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 134.89 on 14-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 84.47 on 24-Sep-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 90.40 and Rs. 84.47 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 608.62 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.10% and 23.86% respectively.

Highway Infrastructure has entered into a Contract Agreement with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the operation of the Chotiya Fee plaza at km 117.150 at 2 -lane with paved shoulder of Katghora to Shivnagar in the state of Chhattisgarh. The company is scheduled to take over the Fee Plaza on October 11, 2025. The contract value of the said project is Rs 31.08 crore.
