Signpost India zooms on securing advertising rights for 67 key metro stations operated by BMRCL

Signpost India is currently trading at Rs. 293.05, up by 10.75 points or 3.81% from its previous closing of Rs. 282.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 303.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 311.90 and Rs. 287.85 respectively. So far 23457 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 400.50 on 23-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 179.65 on 02-Jun-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 311.90 and Rs. 250.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1539.36 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.01%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.09% and 25.90% respectively.
Signpost India has been awarded the exclusive advertising rights for all the 67 key metro stations operated by Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation (BMRCL), which attracts around 3 crore monthly ridership, for a tenure of 9 years till 2034. The exclusive rights contract is expected to have a revenue potential of Rs 600 crore to Rs 700 crore (excluding GST) over the tenure of the contract.
BMRCL is a Special Purpose Vehicle formed as a joint venture between Government of Karnataka and Government of India for the implementation and operation of the Bangalore Metro Rail Project, popularly known as 'Namma Metro'.
This prestigious win significantly enhances the Company’s national transit media portfolio and strengthens its long-term recurring revenue base. The project will offer a cumulative display space-both static and digital-aggregating to over 95,000 square feet, across strategically located high-footfall metro stations in the city of Bengaluru. This development is aligned with company’s growth strategy to expand its presence across major urban transit ecosystems and positions the Company as a fastest growing player in the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry.
