Patel Chem Specialities surges on inking pact with M/s J & H Pharma Consultants

Patel Chem Specialities is currently trading at Rs. 106.00, up by 1.83 points or 1.76% from its previous closing of Rs. 104.17 on the BSE. 

The scrip opened at Rs. 104.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 106.00 and Rs. 104.20 respectively. So far 32000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 120.89 on 17-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 85.00 on 29-Aug-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 117.89 and Rs. 103.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 263.62 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.36%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.03% and 22.61% respectively.

Patel Chem Specialities has signed an independent turnkey project service agreement with M/s J & H Pharma Consultants for the Indrad plant located in Talod, Gujarat. Total consideration paid for the purchase of the premises is Rs 45 crore.

As per the agreement, the M/s J & H Pharma Consultants is responsible for designing, engineering, procuring, constructing, and testing the project, and then handing it over to the company in a fully operational condition.

Patel Chem Specialities is one of the leading manufacturing companies in chemical based on caustic soda flaks, maize, methanol and manufacturing CMC, SSG and other types of similar material mainly used pharma, food and other chemical industries.
