Imagicaaworld Entertainment rises on executing business transfer to purchase solar power plant in Maharashtra

Imagicaaworld Entertainment is currently trading at Rs. 57.11, up by 0.13 points or 0.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 56.98 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 58.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 58.00 and Rs. 56.87 respectively. So far 5398 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 95.43 on 06-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 55.06 on 05-Sep-2025.

Imagicaaworld Entertainment has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Giriraj Enterprises and/or its partners, on September 06, 2025. BTA is for the purchase of a Solar Power Plant of 6.65 MW at Mandrup, Solapur, Maharashtra (Business Undertaking) owned by Giriraj Enterprises on a slump sale basis on going concern basis at a purchase consideration of Rs 16 crore. Earlier, the shareholders’ approval for the above transaction was received on March 13, 2025.
Imagicaaworld Entertainment is engaged in the business of development and operations of theme-based entertainment destinations in India, including theme parks, water parks and associated activities including retail merchandising and food and beverages.
