Five-Star Business Finance moves up on getting nod to raise Rs 4,000 crore via NCDs

Five-Star Business Finance is currently trading at Rs. 536.95, up by 1.55 points or 0.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 535.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 539.50 and has touched a high and loNBw of Rs. 547.00 and Rs. 536.00 respectively. So far 59820 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 943.20 on 24-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 522.00 on 02-Sep-2025.

Five-Star Business Finance has received approval for the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating upto Rs 4,000 crore through private placement, in one or more tranches and/or series from time to time. The shareholders of the company at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 09, 2025, has inter-alia, considered and approved the same.
Five-Star Business Finance is a Systemically Important Non-Deposit taking Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC-ND-SI) providing secured business loans to micro-entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals, each of whom are largely excluded by traditional financing institutions.
